Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental orders

• Personal preferences

• Incorrect expectations about the product

• Orders placed by mistake

As our books are devotional products, all sales are considered final unless the product is received in a damaged condition.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, you may request a replacement or refund.

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• You must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage

• The product must remain unused

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after verification.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
